Virtual TE2020

When does the conference take place?
The Transdisciplinary Engineering TE2020 conference, will be held from 1.07.2020 to 10.07.2020.

Where does the conference take place?
This year we are hosting the entire conference virtually, using the Cisco Webex system.

How to participate actively?
There will be two modes of remote sessions: online and offline. The following events will be held in an online mode:  the Opening ceremony, Keynote sessions, the ISTE Council meeting (for ISTE council members), the ISTE Annual General Meeting (AGM) (for ISTE members), and the Closing ceremony.

Offline session will provide access to papers and video-recordings of PowerPoint presentations for each of the submitted and accepted papers. Papers are organized in thematic sessions. An offline workshop is included as well. For each of these two options the chat room will be active so that questions and answers can be exchanged.

If a conference delegate, who has paid for his paper and participation, does not participate in the offline session of his own paper, this will be treated as a no-show in the conference, unless he has announced officially via an email to the conference organization that he or she will be replaced by a co-author. If no announcement has been made, the delegate’s paper will NOT be published in the Conference Proceedings by IOS Press.

Who will be entitled?
If you have registered and have paid the conference fee you will be entitled to participate in both online and offline events. In this case also your co-authors will be entitled to participate in all conference events for free!
